Production Coordinator

PRODUCTION COORDINATOR (32–40 hours)
Location: Oosterhout (Gelderland)

What will you do?

As a Production Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation. You combine administrative precision with leadership skills and effortlessly switch between production, planning, and customer contact. Your tasks include:

Administration & Planning

• Creating daily and weekly staff schedules
• Creating and managing work orders, articles, and labels
• Processing time registration, reports, and internal orders
• Maintaining contact with staffing agencies and forwarding hours

Quality & Process Monitoring

• Enforcing the 5S methodology and directing employees
• Performing daily quality checks
• Writing and updating work instructions

Leadership & Coordination

• Leading daily team meetings and monitoring KPIs
• Identifying and resolving malfunctions
• Setting up new line configurations and task distributions
• Reporting to the Supervisor External

Communication & Customer Contact

• Active communication with clients regarding planning and production
• Coordination with suppliers, LSPs, and other external parties
